Christmas in Chicago - Christmastime at the Gilded Age Driehaus Museum on Facebook Live

The Nickerson House, the Marble Palace, and now the Driehaus Museum... these are some of the names of this extraordinary, 1883 building exemplifying Gilded Age opulence. Philanthropist Richard Driehaus led the meticulous, five-year restoration of this one-of-a-kind landmark, and now it is a truly special museum open to all. The decor is filled with beautiful pieces original to the mansion along with stunning artwork from Richard Driehaus's collection, including many designed by the legendary Louis Comfort Tiffany. It is especially gorgeous this time of year as it is filled with holiday decor!

All of this and so much more is featured on this upcoming Tours With Mike virtual tour on Facebook Live. Throughout this interactive experience, you can engage with everyone else on the tour and your questions will be answered as we're together strolling through the Driehaus Museum. There is no charge for the live-streamed tour, but tips are appreciated and you can see the variety of ways to send them here.

Register for this virtual event for free here and then log into Facebook at the start time to watch the live-stream. Make sure you follow Tours With Mike on Facebook to stay informed of all future virtual tours. I hope to see you on this one!
